John and I were married October 25, 2008 and we now live in South Jordan, Utah. John is from Colorado and I am from Maine. I'm currently working as a speech-language pathologist in a developmental preschool and John is a software engineer for the LDS church.

I need help!
Our bedroom is in desperate need for some COLOR!.. anything.. and I've been trying to find a duvet cover that both John and I like.. Does anyone know any good places to look for one? I've already tried ikea, macy's, and jc penney. HELP!
Bed bath and beyond is a good place. but kind of spendy. whatever you do, wait to paint until you have the bedspread. its a rookie mistake. one that I made and regretted for a year until i repainted.
go anywhere you have gift cards for!!!! get navy blue with yellow and orange pillows:) promise me you wont get red. Red is way OVERDONE!!!!!! or brown with white pillow shams. orrrrr just call me....we'll chat:)
how? with two sheets??? and then sew them together??? or with fabric?? I am NOT crafty or creative. I get it from my mother. Love her to death, but she does not do crafts!
Mary! Hey, so Leilani shared with me that you have a blog! This makes me happy. You and John are too cute together! We got our bed set at IKEA. Not sure if they have those in Utah or not yet but they have some cute stuff if they do.

ya.. i tried all of these.. we saw some at bed bath and beyond.. but they are WAY expensive
just make one - they are sooooooo easy!!!! I will even help you if you need a little help! I promise it is the ONLY way to get what you really want!
