I tried to highlight my sister's hair with an at-home kit.. As you can see, it didn't turn out so well. I thought if we used the cap, it would be fine... not so much. She had to go get it fixed by a professional. Don't worry, I'll never do it again.

ohh! mary! Have I taught you nothing? remember college? remember when I always told you guys NEVER USE THE CAP? it never works is always hideous. next time just use a fishtale comb and eyeball it. you will do fine. love you
like i said, bleach is dangerous. hope it wasnt to pricey to fix

eyeball it? EYEBALL IT?!? That was the second time she highlighted my hair. Neither time went well!! It costed $75 to fix it. Stupid bleach!

I remember when we used to do it in college.. but for some reason, all I can remember is the part with the cap. Apparently, I blocked the horrible ending from my memory.. hah
Hahahah! I did the same thing to my little sister once! Yikes. She didn't get it fixed though. She just wore a hat to school until it faded. Poor sister. :)
