Life Lesson: Leave Hair Highlighting to the Professionals!

I tried to highlight my sister's hair with an at-home kit.. As you can see, it didn't turn out so well. I thought if we used the cap, it would be fine... not so much. She had to go get it fixed by a professional. Don't worry, I'll never do it again.

Snowshoeing

Can you tell I've been putting off some blogging? We went snowshoeing... TWICE! This is a combo of pictures from both times. It was really fun. We went wiht some friends.. and my sister, Laura, came along too. The first time, we went up to Aspen Grove. It was so pretty. We hiked to a waterfall (a frozen one) and it was snowing the whole time. Really pretty!! The second trip was up Millcreek.. and it had a nice view! Fun times.. now we want to own our own snowshoes.

We celebrated my birthday by going out to eat with some friends, having ice cream cake, and playing games. It was fun times. I got some fun gifts. A few nights later, we celebrated AGAIN with my brothers by going out to eat at the Pie.. mm mmm.

You Lika de peppah!

We made yummy meatball subs the other day, using my dad's meatball recipe. My brother's all came over for dinner, but I forgot to take pictures once they got here. Anyway, the subs were delicious!!! Laura and John were good meatball rollers!

John's grandma

Life hasn't been all too exciting lately, but John's mom did come for a visit. She came out to visit John's grandma for her birthday. We went up to play games and visit with Grandma Morgan. She is a sweet lady and always has good stories and wisdom to share with us. We had a fun time with John's mom for a day and a half.. and Happy Birthday to Grandma Morgan!
